Two decades of weddings, told the way they happened.
For more than twenty years I have photographed weddings in Italy, on the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, in Puglia, in Tuscany and in Rome. My style is photojournalistic: I follow the day as it unfolds – the preparations, the ceremony, the toasts, the cake at sunset, the last dance – and I stay out of the way. You will hardly notice me. Then the photos arrive, and you see the day again exactly as it was.

We plan the day together
Before the wedding we go through the timeline, the list of family groups and the moments that matter most to you. If I have not worked at your venue before, I research it and visit it beforehand to see the light and the best backdrops.
Your photos, your way
Within a few days up to three or four weeks, depending on your package, you receive a private online gallery and all your high-resolution files, ready to share and print – plus a printed album if you choose one.
An Italian wedding photographer on the Amalfi Coast
The Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast are at the heart of my work, and they never run out of possibilities: cliffs dropping into the sea, lemon gardens, terraces over the Bay of Naples and light that changes by the hour. I work in Sorrento, Positano, Ravello, Amalfi and Capri, at venues such as the Cloister of San Francesco, Villa Antiche Mura and Villa Cimbrone.
Each town has its own character. Sorrento is well organised and easy for guests to reach. Positano offers church and civil ceremonies with the whole bay behind you. Ravello, high above the sea, has some of the most beautiful villas and gardens on the coast.
A destination wedding photographer in Puglia
Puglia is my favourite region in Italy, and one of the most rewarding to photograph. Couples choose between the quiet of the countryside – weddings in a masseria, among olive trees and vineyards, often with rooms for the guests – and the sea, with its beaches and white clifftop towns such as Polignano a Mare.
I know the region well, from Ostuni and Alberobello to Cisternino and Martina Franca, and I am always happy to share advice while you plan. Puglia is where I live, and for the past twelve years most of my weddings have been in Sorrento and along the Amalfi Coast.
Documentary, unposed – and nothing missed
My approach is stealthy, professional and respectful. Most of the day I photograph as a reporter, capturing candid moments as they happen, in colour and later also in black and white where it suits the image. But I also make sure every base is covered: the family groups you asked for, the details you spent months choosing, and portraits of the two of you in the most beautiful spots near your venue.
I always carry two backup cameras, multiple lenses and spare batteries, and I photograph your wedding myself. On larger weddings a second photographer can join me.
What you receive
Every wedding is different, so coverage is shaped around your day – from a few hours for the ceremony and portraits to full-day coverage from the preparations to the last dance. I also offer video on request, if you would like a film of your day alongside the photos. After your enquiry I send you my information package with all the options.

Do you travel outside the Amalfi Coast and Puglia?
Yes. I do most of my weddings on the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, in Puglia, in Tuscany and in Rome. I am happy to travel anywhere in the world for a wedding.
Will you photograph our wedding yourself?
Yes. I photograph every wedding I book personally. For larger weddings a second photographer can join me for a modest extra fee.
Are the photos posed or natural?
Mostly natural. I work in a photojournalistic style and capture the day as it happens, but I also take the family groups you ask for and some relaxed portraits of the two of you in beautiful spots near your venue.
